it would be safe to assume that polish remover would be dangerous to a baby's skin. Its a chemical, which is not good news and it probably contains Acetone which is a solvent, not good for skin, but at least it evaporates quickly. Evaporation can be a problem as well, for small lungs it will be an irritation and an irritant on contact with the eyes. Look at the chemical analysis on the container, if in doubt consult a doctor

If you have Mighty Bond on your skin you may be able to remove it with nail polish remover. Be sure that the remover has Acetone in it.
