Mostly Monounsatured Fat. Looking at a bottle right now and you have 10g of Monounsaturated Fat, 2g of Polyunsatured Fat, and 2g of Saturated Fat. Oleic acid is the fat that comes to mind when most people think of Olive Oil and its a type of Monounsaturated fat. Overall, olive oil is one of the best things that you can put in your body and I live off of it.

Every food with fat contains at least some saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat. So yes, coconut contains some monounsaturated fat- but it's not very much. Coconut oil is about 90% saturated, which is extremely high compared to any food stuff.
