Yes they are very heavy duty machine and I recommend them 4 there price. All things being equal: horse power, table size, saw size (diameter of blade. I would pick the powermatic table saw. Grizzly brand have been getting better but nat all Grizzly tools are up to standards. Dude! Asking if a Powermatic is a good saw is like asking if a Mercedes is a good car. Powermatics are some of the top saws in the industry. They're made for constant hard industrial use, so if this is going in a home shop...well, hope your great-great-great grandson's kid likes to work wood.
Visit the Powermatic website for sales on mortisers, planers, dust collectors, jointers, panel saws, power feeders, rip saws, sanders, shapers, table saws, and accessories.
I believe they are made in Tennessee, by the WMH Tool Group, who also own Jet and Perfrormax power tools.
Some good choices for a portable table saw are Bosh 4100DG-09, Porter Cable PCB, Dewalt DW745 and Hitachi C10RB. All of these portable table saws got good reviews.

No, a circular saw is held in one hand. A table saw is set in a metal table or deck.

Saber saw, band saw, table saw with a plywood blade.
Anywhere from one hundred to several hundred dollars, depending on the brand, features, and condition of the table saw.
In good condition I'd say about $300.
