Yes. That is to say, it is not the official teaching of the Church, which has not defined doctrine on this issue at that level of detail, but is an acceptable theological position that one is free to follow (or reject). In fact, it has often been defended as the more Catholic position than Molinism or Congruism, and certainly should not be seen to be only a minority opinion in Catholic theology.
