It is extremely dangerous to have pregnancy when you have got cirrhosis of liver. It will be lethal.
Yes, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is considered a Category B drug by the FDA and is safe for use during all stages of pregnancy. Always be careful to adhere to the standard dosing instructions, as excessive amounts of Tylenol can affect your liver and kidneys, and by extension may cause harm to an unborn child.
Vitamin B 12 or cynocobalmin is totally safe during pregnancy. It takes years to develop deficiency of this vitamin in humans. But this vitamin is absent in 'pure' veg diet and need to be supplemented in vegans, preferably by injection route. It can be stored for years in liver, though this is water soluble vitamin.
You take cortal tablet and beer hoping for you to bleed but nothing happened is it safe to continue pregnancy?
Cortal doesn't abort but it does however cause damage to the fetus and you if you overdose. If you haven't overdosed the fetus can still be fine though. Over dose can lead to delayed labor, liver and heart damage for the fetus and liver damage to you. It will not end pregnancy. It's basically aspirine and caffeine or ibuprofen depending on which type you took. None of that abort.
