Yes they are. My husband and I just lost $540 to them. They are very smooth talkers. As for the other post and complaint on them they gave me a story that this woman had paid them with a bad check or something and made it all makes sense, then once we sent them money on terms THEY set up that night, I was told our loan would be issued. After waiting through the holiday weekend, no loan check, called them back, got a bunch of BS on how the original lender backed out and this and that and then they were trying to get MORE money out of us, basically told them what I thought of them and demanded my refund, was told being that Monday was a holiday, he was the only one there and to call back on Tuesday, called back today and guess what, the phone number is now not active and their web-site has been canceled. So guess I am out of my $540 bucks, don't let their smooth antics fool you too, and this was after almost 3 weeks of trying to find out if they are a legit company. Not to mention I find out that the 'license' number they gave me so I could investigate them further was actually the license number of Lending Tree, whom I contacted and they said they have no knowledge of this company and are NOT affiliated with them. So stay away from them, names that were used in my case were David Whitford, Felicia Rhoden, Simon Cortez, and a guy named Charles who was supposedly the accounting manager. Unless they come through with either the loan or the refund, I will leave this as my recommendation. Will update this if they follow through (which I seriously doubt).
