Yes, I think so -- perhaps more than fair. The media tends to favor Democrats, I think . Obama has taken advantage of the Democratic majority in the Senate to issue several presidential directives which are contrary to law. He knows that if he were impeached, the Senate would not convict him.
Um - there is NOTHING in the US Constitution about Presidents having a dog. The Constitution does state that the President has a Vice President (who some of the presidents treated like dogs).
The are treated quite fairly compared to the others that are around 21
Grover Cleveland became the 22nd president and served for one term, but was defeated in a reelection bid by Benjamin Harrison, who became our 23rd president. He later defeated the Democratic opponent after Harrison's first term, so therefore becoming the nation's 24th president.
I think President Lincoln thought the South should be treated a little less than equal.
Are you speaking of "hated" (a very harsh word) by other citizens or by the multi-ethnic presidency? A number of countries have presidents but only the U.S. has had a multi-ethnic president. Since he was voted into office by a majority of its white citizens, there is no reason to think other minorities would be treated any differently. The U.S. is a homogeneous society.
Australian POWs were treated as appallingly as other whites in Japanese camps. They were used as slave labour.
The usual answer is 44. At least if you count Presidents by every CHANGE in the person serving (as is usually done). By this method of counting, Grover Cleveland is treated as both 22nd & 24th, since his two terms were interrupted by a term under Benjamin Harrison. But if you are asking about the number of different people to serve in the office, the number is currently (in mid-2010) is 43.

Equiano feels a little better when he hears that he will work for white people because he believes he will be treated better than with the other party. He hopes that working for white people will be a more favorable situation compared to his previous experiences.
Taffection
Buck changes because in Part 1 he was treated ok but in Part 2 he was treated worse.
Women were treated in Sparta very well compared to its neighboring sisters of Athens. They allowed much more freedom and dominated society even when men were at war.
