it is very bad, it will your skin red and sore. this is because it is basically the same as exfoliating twice. it will take off another layer of skin that should remain there. i wouldn't recommend it :)

I have really bad blackheads, and i have tried everything, but i find that pore strips from 'biore' help, and exfoliating every day. Make sure you don't use anything to cleanse or moisturise your face that is too greasy. But i still have a few left, you have to just learn to live with them. Hope this helps.
