Based on everything I've read, raw food is better. I've even read that raw meats help prevent fleas and ticks.

Frying food makes the food have tons of grease on it. When you boil food the fat, if the item does have fat, is taken out. Well, some of the fat is taken out. So, fried food bad, boiled food good.
Storing prepared food above raw food seems to work better. The raw food thus has less chance of cross contaminating if the food is above it instead of below.
