Generally this requires you to remove the engine. Remove oil pan and the girdle plate you will see the main caps take them off and there you will find the main bearings. This is general left to a good mechanic because of needing to know a lot of specs. One half of the main bearing goes on the block and the other half goes on the main caps. Make sure you mark them to where they exactly go!!!!
