No it is not healthier than cows milk because it is processed.
yes rice milk is healthier xx
It is in terms of fat content, which is lower than in cow's milk. But as far as nutrients are concerned, cow's milk has several more nutrients and is higher in others than what is found in goat's milk. So it all depends on who you're asking.
No, they generally both graze on grass. Cows produce whole milk; humans turn it into 2% by removing milkfat down to that level. It's healthier and the milkfat can then be used for other things, like butter.
One can be just as healthy as the other. It's just that milk from a woman is intended for human infants, not adults. Though arguments are the same for cows and their milk, cows milk have been globally accepted as a beverage for human adults and is widely considered a healthy beverage.
Cream is healthier. Cow milk products in general aren't good for the human body. With it understood that both are bad, consider this: you will typically use less cream, than if you had used milk. The proteins in cows milk are particularly bad for the human body. In addition to using less than if you had used milk, of that there is less protein, because of the higher fat content of cream. The additional fat still makes it a healthier alternative.
Yes, a rice crispy treat is much healthier than a nutrigrain bar.
black rice is more healthier than white rice because since its black, it has more nutrients and its better for you but white rice is also good so any rice is good :)
no
Not if you are watching fat content. Goat cheese has a higher fat content than cheese from cows. However, goat's cheese has some nutrients that are little more or more readily available (plus it does not contain lactose) which might make it a more healthier choice than cheese from cows. But that isn't to say that goats milk is still healthier than cow's milk cheese, because both are just as healthy as the other. It's just a matter of opinion as to which you think is best.
Less suger......
Chocolate's healthier than chocolate milk because chocolate has the fat of chocolate, while chocolate milk has the fat of the chocolate plus the milk. Hope this helps.
