I am currently using Ripped Freak. I have not seen any bad side effects although I am following the directions 100%. I take only 1 pill per day. I take it early in the morning when I get up and eat before I take it. Also drink allot of water throughout the day. This is the safe way to use it. I also limit my caffeine. My suggestion is to read up on it or ask your doctor before you start it.
I haven't lost allot of weight on it only 4 pounds within 3 days but I just started and I am hoping to burn that fat right off with work outs and eating well not to mention drinking lots of water.

I personally would not use any diet pill that is not FDA approved. There are a ton of diet pills on the market, however, not all are FDA approved.
I personally would stay away from diet pills its not very nice but sometimes they make you poo yourself.
not realy
its not safe, to many drugs in your system.
Its never a good idea to take diet pills to lose weight. Most of diet pills are not FDA approved. Also weight loss with help of such pills is not long lasting. Try sticking to exercise and a healthy diet to lose weight gradually.
