Each exercise is good in their own way
Bike riding is the best low intensity activity that you can do even on low energy days
running is an excellent high intensity cardio activity which suits everyone
Swimming has a constraint that you should know swimming(LOL), and is a bit tougher. But it has added advantage
# if you are in hot country it is a very good activity to escape heat
# it also works on the nervous system and helps you recover from your weight training faster(aqua workouts are the best way to recover fast for intense athletes)
Running is harder. It puts more strain on the knees, back, ankles, and feet because of the hard surfaces that have to be used. It also fights gravity. Swimming doesn't fight gravity so the body fairs much better in water than it does on a hard surface. Swimming provides good aerobic exercise with less strain.
