Yes, They are taking over Feb 28 2011. I know this because I'm a diesel tech at Nalley Motor Trucks in Kennesaw,Ga. But they have not offered us jobs or said when the doors are closing for the Kennesaw location. "Supposedly" the Kennesaw location will be factory owned by Peterbilt but again no reps have been by to offer jobs or let us know a date. Its not fair to go through this and a few guys have already quit...
