The withdrawal reflex is both a somatic and autonomic reflex (brain). Withdrawal from a painful stimulus is one test used in brain injury. Without the somatic connection to the autonomic brain areas, you'd have no withdrawal reflex at all when something interferes with that connection (such as brain injury or brain death).

No. Somatic means it controls skeletal muscles. The salivary glands have parasynpathetic and sympathetic innervation. Parasympathetic (rest + digest) increases secretion of saliva. Sympathetic (fight + flight) reduces secretion, but doesnt stop it. This is why you get a dry mouth when you're nervous, and salivate when hungry.

Yes. The salivary reflex is autonomic because it is part of the reflex arcs that are involved in the digestive process as part of the peripheral nervous system.

"Mouth-watering" reflex. E.g. you're hungry and walking near a restaurant, and you smell yummy food. Your mouth waters. That's salivary reflex.
