Better is a matter of Opinion. Savage Opress was inexperienced and lost against Count Dooku. So In the case of power, Palpatine would be better.
Surprisingly, yes. He was also a debatably better duelist, but was not as powerful with the force.
I suppose this is more of an opinion question if you're asking about the characters' personalities, but power-wise, Darth Sidious is much stronger and far more cunning than Savage Opress.
The Emperor has a higher rank than Count Dooku, as Dooku was Emperor Palpatine's apprentice. The Emperor is also the ultimate Star Wars villian.
Hannah Montana is not a real person, she's a character in a TV show. I suppose she's a good person, as fictional characters go. Better than Emperor Palpatine, at least.
No, there had been many Jedi before him. Yoda was born 896 years before the battle of Yavin (Star Wars IV), and a quick example of earlier Jedi can be found in various Knights of the Old Republic comics that happened more than 3,000 years earlier. Jedi had been around for much longer than that, however. The Old Jedi Order was first founded almost 25,000 years earlier than Yoda's birth, but that doesn't mean they were the first Jedi...
Palpatine is the greatest sith in Star Wars history. He is also the most powerful. Incorrect, Darth Vader Killed Emperor Palpatine. So, Darth Vader Is. Darth Revan or Darth Nihlus more likely, and don't forget Exar Kun and Darth Bane - and Darth Vader turns back to a Jedi before he kills Palpatine, so as a Sith he was never more powerful than his master ( He's more machine now than man; twisted and evil, kept alive by his own dark will - Obi-Wan to Luke about Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi)
Although the precise quality of any movie it is always a matter of opinion, there is a substantial body of opinion that Star Wars episode 5, The Empire Strikes Back, is better than Episode 4, A New Hope, to which it is a sequel.
Other than Home One, the nominees were "The Arrest of Palpatine", with Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, Saesee Tinn, and Palpatine with his Sith lightsaber, and "Slave One and Cloud City Landing Platform", not sure about the mini-figs on that one.
As Yoda said in Episode I, the Dark Side shrouds everything. It is most reasonable that because Palpatine was so powerful with the Dark Side, that even as powerful with the Light Side as Master Yoda was, he was unable to sense the darkness surrounding Palpatine, even when they were in the same room together. One of the biggest key differences that one should notice between the Jedi and Sith here is that the Sith will always be more powerful than the Jedi; although, the Jedi have strength in numbers and in courage.
You are the worst person ever. You are better than no one. And no one is better than the best. So you must be better than the best. But the best is better than the worst. So it is impossible to tell if you're better than me. No wait. I change my answer to "No, I'm better than you."
he skis better than you
The correct wording is "You are better than I." The way to tell is to finish the sentence - "You are better than I am" is correct, whereas "You are better than me am" would be incorrect.
