It's likely better than cig smoke. Don't sit in a room filled with any kind of smoke regardless of what it is. Yes - inhaling or not, you can do a lot of damage to the unborn baby... coming from someone who has smoked pot for awhile....In my opinion it will ever be as bad as cigarettes, but why take the chance? They're so fragile- give it fresh air...
