Like any criminal action, it would be considered detrimental to the child.
Yes,
No its child neglect if she doesn't pay any attention to you let you, ignores you, rejects you as her child
false
The physical striking of a child can be considered abuse. Ignoring a child is neglect, but if the child comes to harm while being ignored that can be considered abuse.
It is wrong to neglect your child.
ignore, abuse, forget (it all depends on neglect a child, or neglect to do something)
The definition and parameters of neglect and child abandonment (a form of neglect) vary from state to state and the circumstances surrounding an alleged incident of such are taken into consideration when determining whether or not an act of neglect took place. For instance, if the parent was hospitalized or incarcerated, it generally would not be considered willful abandonment. If the parent did it because they had no way to provide food, shelter, emotional and financial support for the child for that period of time, it may not be considered an act of neglect, depending on specifics. If they did it because they couldn't be bothered to care for their child and could provide no viable reason why it was done, it would be considered neglect/abandonment. Ultimately, it would be an issue decided in court.
child neglect is when you do not provide things that are needed for your child without meaning harm where child abuse is when a person intentionally harms a child to be cruel
I think we all unfortunately realize that there are people out there doing this everyday with kids of that age or younger. I don't give a crap if it is or isn't considered neglect by law because anyone who is a good parent knows that it's neglect. And they wonder why their kids are:Pregnant at age 12.On a missing child posting at the local grocery store.Drug addicts.Failing school. In Jail.Dead.
Depends. Many places serve alcohol and children can go to dinner or lunch with parents or adults. Many restaurants serve alcohol as part of the menu. Taking a child into a bar while you party could be considered neglect if you did this every night.
There are a number of factors that can cause neglect, or failing to care for. There is often a bad experience that has occurred in the past of the person who feels neglect. Perhaps one has simply stopped caring or seen somebody do this. Many other reasons also exist.
