That is a debatable question. It depends on how you look at it and whether you believe in ghosts or not. For example, if a sink turns on, people might think it's a ghost but it may just be faulty water pipes.

Much supernatural phenomena can be explained simply. As the above answer suggests, it is what one's imagination makes of something that determines whether or not a place is 'haunted'. Most 'spooky' sounds and creaks have a natural cause, and even strange visual illusions can usually be explained in a practical way, and even recreated.

In short, the high school in question is most likely not haunted.

Yes. It's is said that a piano can be heard from time to time when no one is playing one or if there isn't one around. A boy fell from the catwalk and died in the 60's. He now can be seen walking up there and sitting up in the balcony. Spotlights turn on and off by themselves, and there is a really depressing feeling in the control box above the auditorium felt by those who work there.
