If by simple smoking you mean common cigerettes, the you should know that cigeretts contain tar and nicotine and other harmful things. If you can find a way to smoke something that does not have anything harmful in it, and does not become an addiction or give a bad smell, or numb the senses or becomes a burden on your pocket, or hurt anybody else, then that kind of smoking is fine I guess!
