Breakfast is important since if you do not eat breakfast, you will feel hungry all day and cannot do your work properly. It is also important to have a good and healthy breakfast. For the overweight people: Don't think skipping breakfast makes you thinner. It makes you fatter!!! You eat more during lunch to make up for skipping breakfast and make yourself fatter. So don't skip breakfast if you want to lose weight.
Ask yourself that question out loud and then think hard....... OF COURSE IT DOES! But One thing that will not work is skipping breakfast- actually skipping breakfast will do the exact opposite of make you lose weight. You see-- In the morning, breakfast gets your metabolism going. Your metabolism digests your food (that's fat baby) into energy and that helps you lose weight. If you wanna skip a meal, skip dinner. (BUT MAKE SURE YOU EACH A GOOD PROTEIN FILLED BREAKFAST!!!!)
There is proof that not eating breakfast as a child dramatically increases your chance of heart attacks/disease in your later life. Studies show that children who eat breakfast perform better on cognitive tests and even in school so it is possible that it works in a similar way to adults. Skipping breakfast is a common strategy for people who are trying to lose weight but since your body needs refueling several times a day you will overeat at other meals, such as lunch, wich leads to weight gain. But there is so many variations that I don't think you can say for sure whether breakfast is healthy, but you can very safely asume it is. I say this because it is not just if you eat breakfast, but what you have for breakfast.

That would be breakfast. I think all meals are pretty important there are 3 meals during a day breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is pretty much as important as dinner each meal keeps you up for a period of time. Let's say you eat breakfast that should keep you going until lunch if you skip lunch you may be hungry before dinner (it also depends on your organism). Hope this helped!!!

Skipping a meal doesnt necessarily mean that you will gain weight, but it will make you want to eat a little more than regular to make up for that lost meal. So that's where, I would think, people would get the idea that skipping meals make you gain weight.
If you are not hungry, that is not a sign of an eating disorder. Not eating because you think you are fat can be a sign of an eating disorder. Most people with anorexia or bulimia have body dysphoric disorder, where they cannot really judge how they look. Regardless, skipping meals is unhealthy at any level.
Er... we have breakfast in the morning time, lunch during lunch time, and dinner during dinner time.Breakfast at about 7.30am 'til 10am, lunch from 12pm 'til 2.30pm and dinner from 7.30pm 'til 9.30 pm, more or less.

Skipping breakfast is a very bad thing to do as it confuses you're body's natural cycle. Skipping breakfast is probably something you're body is not used to, so if you do skip breakfast you're body will think you are fasting and start to store fat (this is bad). You need a good breakfast to give you energy throughout the day and prevent you from constant snacking. Having a balanced breakfast everyday will keep you healthy and feeling good.(breakfast means to break you're overnight fast) ... you have to do it !!! :)
