It is preferred when you start to sleep that you sleep on your right side (which is better also from health point of view) unless you have health conditions that do not allow you to sleep on your right side. However, after you get asleep there is no much control on how you sleep whether on belly, back, or on any side. So, there is no harm, when you are already falling asleep, on which position or side you are sleeping.
We all move and turn in our sleep it is not something you can control without being restrained
