Yes.

without sleep the body can't function normally.

You think slower, and your skin doesn't regenerate properly.

With out sleep the brain starts to lag and sometimes you may do crazy things from lack of sleep.

Like getting into an agument about something stupid ei Fruit, Zombies or anything you don't normally argue about.

You may also get angery or depressed.
