Sharp pain could be several things - in that area of the body are many muscles that you might have strained; also ovaries if you are a female; the appendix is there, and will usually be a steady pain that gets worse if you press the area and let go suddenly, along with a fever; also it could be something in the intestines or other digestive organs. If it does not go away, or if it is not relieved by over-the-counter pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen, you should see a doctor to find out what it is. If you have that appendix fever and odd pain that gets worse when you let up on the pressure, you should go to the E.R. at once.

If you are female, it could have something to do with premenstrual or female hormonal symptoms. If you are male or female it could have something to do with intestines, or urinary system. If it hurts and you are not menstruating, could be that you are pregnant, sometimes for some women, lower abdominal pains do occur during their first trimester in pregnancy it feels so uncomfortable to wear pants or skirts, if it is too painful that you can't walk get checked though.
The vomiting could be a sign of being pregnant if it happens every day now,but the back and belly pains come way later.

What you are describing are also signs of premenstrual syndrome but they are also symptoms of early pregnancy. Some women do get abdominal pains below their belly button during their first trimester due to the body adjusting to the changes going on in the body in order to accommodate a life in your uterus, painful boobs happen due to the mammary glands starting to produce milk and the light cramping (well known as spotting in pregnancy) also happens to a few women in early pregnancy as well which varies with individuals

it depends on what kind of sickness. I have it a lot and it is gastroenteritis. Sounds bad, but not really. Part of your stomach and intestines swell. It goes away on it's own in a couple days. Or you could just have really bad gas.
You are not pregnant. The pains could be caused by something you ate, etc.
If you're a Female its cramps.
Ask your doctor of midwife. You could be going into early labour
