Yes. Being overweight is harmful to your health.
Your declaration that you 'like being fat' sounds more like 'I can't beat it so I may as well embrace it'. That part is actually OK. You are what you are, and you expect people to accept you as you are. Good.
But getting fatter? Not so good. Every organ in your body suffers a little more with each pound you put on.
If you can hold your weight just where it is right now, that in itself is a great victory. Studies have found that dieters who lose and gain weight like a yo-yo often do more damage to their bodies than people who just hold a steady weight, even if they are overweight.
