From what I have heard and researched, over 60% of processed foods include soy! Many people that are allergic to soy can be allergic to other legumes, such as peanuts. I don't know for sure if this can be vise-versa, but I would watch out if I were you.
Soy beans are not legumes, but you should still check with your doctor.
