well i am taking a soya concentrate which is around 500calories per 100g serving that on top of meals should help to gain weight with the right exercise

I've been wondering this for a while, and I think it should be studied as an eating disorder. As a Gainer myself, it is hard to NOT try to gain weight. I am good for a while, then I relapse. I never gained much weight, but if my metabolism was slow I would gain quite a lot of weight.

It depends entirely on what those supplements contain. It is not safe to take hormones that put on weight or that even put on muscle, such as anabolic steroids. These are not safe. Simple vitamin or protein supplements might be safe. But it depends on what is in them.
