No it is not because it can change the personality of one mans cat/dog and can cause an extinction of the species preferred to be spayed.Unless you want your favorite animal going extinct and never to be able to see them within 100-1000 years.But... sadly..you can't stop it because it would be against the law in LA (which is why I have suffered for 13 years to get a cat without spaying or neutering the cat).ALSO why in the world would we want to prevent the poor animal from making more of itself(offspring) that's just taking away their purpose in life. :(
