Wouldn't think it could hurt anything by doing this. At least, the leaves will always be clean, and that may be good for the plant as it can better absorb sunlight and moisture that promote growth.

I've done it for years. It helps prevent dust buildup and increases the humidity for a short time. A lot of houseplants are tropical understory plants that evolved in humid climates, and indoor air, which is often heated or air conditioned, is a little too dry for them. Spraying the foliage helps. So does resting the pots in broad trays of rocks that you keep watered. Both raise relative humidity around your plants. The only plants you shouldn't mist are the desert-like ones, like cacti.
Proper soil, good light, water as needed.
Houseplants in general do not need direct sunlight. Some types may benifit from a little morning sun but it's not really required. Houseplants need a good fertilizer placed in the water and used every time you water. Follow directions on package. Houseplants at can benifit from the light from a window, at workplace plants will enjoy and flourish because of the flourescent lighting and continuous air flow which is necessary for good plant health. These plants could include, ferns, ivy's, creeping charlie, wandering jew, pothos, philodendron types, orchids, African violets to name a few.
Bamboo is an attractive house plant. --- Just remember that they require high light and sandy soil.
Well...lets see, I looked it up and found that watering plants with water is a very good thing. Don't over-water your houseplants, that is the most common way to kill them.
Most plants prefer a good drink, once a week-especially "houseplants". Cacti do not, though; they like to dry out completely, before their next watering.
no light is good, but you also need water and not just light
No, it is not. If it is not good for your clothes it will not be good on your skin.
good
if you are light headed and dizzy, water would be a good thing!!!!!
No, they eat aphids. The aphids are what eat flowers and houseplants, so the ladybugs are actually good for your garden and houseplants.
I never had any luck growing a Norfolk Pine in Tucson -- the weather is too dry.
Lemons are sensitive to cold. They like acidic soil. Lemons can be excellent houseplants as long as they have good drainage.
