Tetsuya Nomura has announced that Kingdom Hearts 3 is in the preliminary stages of production, although a console has not been specified as of yet. Tetsuya Nomura has stated that he wants to release a Kingdom Hearts game every year, with Kingdom Hearts 3 being at the bottom of the list under Birth by Sleep for the PSP and Coded for the Mobile Phone, meaning that Kingdom Hearts 3 will not be released until around 2012 AT LEAST, unfortunately. I for one am really looking forward to a Kingdom Hearts game on the PS3, so i earnestly hope that Square Enix doesn't keep us waiting for too much longer!
