Joshua 7:18-25 describes how Achanwas stoned for his covetousness. 1 Kings 12:18 describes how Adoram (abbreviated spelling here of Adoniram, also spelled Hardoram in 2 Chron. 10:18), who was an officer in charge of work gangs Solomon conscripted from Israel, was stoned when Israel rebelled against making free citizens work. 1 Kings 21:13 describes the stoning of Naboth for his refusal to sell his property to King Ahab. Jezebel was instrumental in plotting his death. These are but a few Old Testament individuals stoned to death. Moving forward to the New Testament, Acts 7:59 describes Stephenbeing stoned.
Stephen was stoned, but he wasn't a prophet; he was one of the original deacons. Jeremiah was a prophet who was regularly abused for his prophecy, but I don't think he was stoned to death.
