What is stress?
Stress is hyperactivity at rest. Stress occurs in the mind. However, in stress no thoughts are involved and therefore it doesn't distort thinking. Thus, by any definition it can't be considered as a mental disorder.
Where does stress occur?
Human mind has seven layers or states the lowest being the least power consuming and thus is just used to hibernate.
The normal default mind is the central part called natural mind that just maintains status quo and we can't afford to use it because we want to progress relentlessly.
The topmost layer is the Compulsive mind which is the most power consuming. However, it makes us highly energetic and converts any of our thoughts into actions easily.
Thus, we modern people use compulsive mind as default mind.
What causes stress?
Stress is caused by using Compulsive mind for prolonged periods while at rest. Therefore, stress is more when business is less. It is less when business is more even if wo
rk load is more.
Stress is a feeling indicating prolonged wastage of energy.
It must be mentioned here that stress can be reduced by a business management expert also by improving the business.
2. PSYCHOSOMATIC DISORDER:Psychosomatic disorders are caused by failed competitive blockade. In competitive blockade we make a feeling of physical abnormality to enter the conscious mind at precisely the same time as a mental abnormality.
Initially this mechanism prevents both the physical and mental problems from manifesting and thus gives false peace and false control over our body and mind . Thus, by a simple trick we get rid of two problems.
However, if the blockade fails then the physical problem starts appearing to be as big as the mental problem and comes at times when we expect the mental problem. It is also resistant to treatment.
Therefore, stress can't be considered as a psychosomatic disorder
