From Islamic perspective, Committing Suicide is a sin. The one committing suicide is sinful and promised to go to Hell in the day of Judgment.
Any sin is forgiven, per the will of the All-Merciful God, and if the sinner admits his sin, intends not to do it again, and repents. However, the sinner who commits suicide has no way to repent or ask God for forgiveness.
