Yes, swimming is a great low-impact exercise that is gentle on the knees. The buoyancy of the water supports your body weight, reducing stress on the joints. It can help improve knee strength and flexibility without putting strain on the knees.
A gerund phrase is a phrase that includes a gerund (a verb form ending in -ing that acts as a noun) along with any complements or modifiers. It functions as a noun in a sentence and can be used as a subject, object, or complement. For example, "Swimming in the ocean" is a gerund phrase in the sentence "I love swimming in the ocean."
I dont know if this helps"But then you have a problem with parallel structure--a gerund and a noun."
A gerund is a verb form that functions as a noun in a sentence. It is formed by adding "ing" to the base form of a verb, and can be the subject or object of a sentence, or be used in other noun positions. For example, in the sentence "Swimming is her favorite hobby," "swimming" is a gerund.
sports like basket ball and swimming are good for the height as u nedd to stretch your muscles so you in turn get good excercise and that's good for your physic as well
Excercise, like, cycling, swimming, sports etc.
Any excercise is good for your cardiac muscle. I'd suggest swimming and walking because they are gentle. Go ask an exercise expert or a doctor for specific details.
depends on how pregnant you are... in the early months no... excercise is good for the bay, because it is good for you.. when you start getting big you should chill on the running, take up yoga or walking or Swimming :)
lol...what?
Basketball is a good source of excercise. So you should use Basketball as an excercise
For the most part. If it is painful or uncomfortable, you shouldn't do it. And you will probably get tired faster than before. The best excercise to do while pregnant is to walk. It isn't strenuous on the body, and it prepares your pelvic muscles for birth. Sit-PS, leg-lifts, and other strenuous excercises are no good. Anything that doesnt feel comfortable is probably bad as well. Swimming is good excercise as well.
Do excercise on regular basis..
Yes it is. The brace is there to immobilize your neck until it heals. If the the brace is not compatible with swimming, you might consider not swimming until you've healed completely. This would be a good thing to talk to your doctor about, as I would guess you've been asked to reduce excercise until your cervical spine heals.
Its the best way to excercise.
Its actually good to excercise everyday. It keeps your body in shape
excercise pulls the muscle fibers apart, and they heal themselves stronger than before. it is good if ur sore after excercise
