why are you going to do this? I suppose taking 2 pills once is not harmful, but doing it for a long period may be harmful. I am not a doctor, you should ask it in a pharmacy or some expert. But still i dont see the reason of this question.

Is taking a multivitamin b complex and a vitamin C supplement unhealthy if the multivitamin also contains vitamin c?

== == No; one can safely take both supplements. However, vitamin C can cause a copper deficiency with prolonged high doses (more than 20 times the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for months, for example). Unless you are taking extremely high-dose supplements, you are not likely to have this problem. Additionally, vitamin C intake levels above the RDA have not shown any additional benefit in controlled experiments. Unless there is some indication that your intake of vitamin C is deficient, it is likely that you will not benefit from the additional vitamin C supplement.

When taking Antioxidant Vitamin A containing 125000 how much is the normal dose you can take?

It should say on the tube/bottle/packet. As Vitamin a is a fat soluble vitamin it is possible to overdose. Vitamin A is indeed a fat soluble vitamin meaning it is stored in your fat cells. The normal dose of this vitamin is 10,000 to 12,000 units daily. If you are getting 125,000 units, you are taking 10 times more than you need. It does not flush from your system as beta carotene would which is water soluble A vitamin. If what you are taking is from fish liver oil, I would cut back today. It can have many adverse side effects such as loss of your hair, skin and eye problems and many others.
