Absolutely not. Teenagers do not know themselves well enough as self actualized adults to be able to make life time decisions. Teenagers believe they already have all the answers to the world, about themselves, and most quickly realize or start to realize some time around the age of 20 or so life is nothing like what you thought it would be. This is not necessarily a bad thing. This is also not a good time for marriage, for this reason. You will want to do things, see things, experience things, you have never even imagined yet.
Go ahead and get married if you want, but don't be suprised if in the future you also plan to be divorced.
