No, the 5th generation Celicas along with all others, are FWD in exception to the GT-4 models. -Vachi

edit: for future reference, if you want to know if a car is FWD or RWD just look under the hood. If the belt(s) are in the front of the engine it is not FWD; if they are on the side (pointing to the wheel) it is FWD.
