What you want to do is use the move Dig at the top of the Braille puzzle, and then a giant hole will pop up! Go inside and there will be 6 big stones that explain about the Regi Trio (as Regigigas is not in this game). Just skip those and go to the top of the room and there will be MORE Braille! For starters, you need a Relicanth and a Wailord for this part. Put Relicanth at the front of your party and Wailord at the end of your party (it might be the other way around). Then press A on the Braille and an earthquake will happen. This unlocks the 3 Regis!
