In terms of being the 'best' though, it should be kept in mind that other Dragon-type monsters have literally shook the metagame, something which Five-Headed Dragon has never done, despite the above. No other Dragons have affected the metagame more than Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End, Dark Armed Dragon, and Judgment Dragon. Even though they have lower ATK, it is their destruction effects and easier summoning conditions that make them 'better' dragons. Stardust Dragon gets a mention too.
