I also have a turbo 1998 Cobra that horsepower has exceeded the stock fuel pump. Yes the 1998 Cobra has a return type fuel system. I found that one is limited as to various aftermarket fuel pumps because of this. You can purchase an aftermarket external return type fuel system in the $1500 to $2500 range plus labor charges(if needed), but something like the new KR Shelby or even the Shelby 500 which has a 3 pump in tank 375 ltr/hr returnless fuel system is not an option. I have contacted numerous companies, even Ford Racing Tech, trying to get around this issue. I would be interested in why you need to know this information as I am probably running into the same type of issues you are. Inspector Todd
