No. You should not spend that kind of money on a guitar until you have at least mastered the basics and proven to yourself that you are serious about playing this instrument. For less than half the cost of a Gibson SG you can get the budget equivalent model - Epiphone SG.
begginners should use a C* (Cstar)
gibson, epiphone, ibanez, johnson, martin, and gretch.
If you mean 'Gibson' . yes they are well known and excellent guitars.
The Maestro by Gibson is a great acoustic for a beginner.
ya man its a cool name its like the guitar
Gibson WM 45 guitar should cost between 800 and 1200, depend of the guitar condition. I just founded one in Japan for $1200.The guitar has good reputation, and if you find one do not think to long.CheersPopsi
The best brands of guitars is the Gibson guitars or gb&a guitars.
Epiphone is the brand/manufacturer of the guitar. Chances are pretty good it looks a lot like a guitar with 'Gibson' on it, but it cost a lot less.
The Gibson Les Paul Deluxe is a high end, high price tagged guitar, it is apparently a very good guitar and is the one to watch when it comes to choosing a new instrument.
If in good condition, probably around $1000-$1900
The Gibson Bladwin Epoch is a real Gibson guitar with great value. Even though the price is low it is a good buy. It has same pick-ups as the Epiphone Standard Plain-top which are very good pick-ups. Even though its not made the exact same as a Gibson Les Paul it has great sound and tuners. If you have this guitar dont sell it because it is an original guitar that is not made anymore. This a rare item now so it is worth more if you were to return it. I have this guitar and I love it and you should too.
Wheather you're looking for an electric or accoustic guitar, a good intermediate guitar is made by Epiphone,a company owned by Gibson. Almost every model made by Gibson, the Hummingbird, Dove, Les Paul, etc. you can get in an Epiphone for a fraction of the cost, and they're good quality. A lot of pros also use them.
