I think the human kind is not in the primitive stage anymore. We are in the modern stage right now.
None.No modern human community has not used technology and the first modern humans appeared several hundred thousand years ago. Most of our near prehuman ancestors also always used technology.Chimpanzees use technology (yes very primitive technology but still technology) and the last time humans and chimpanzees had a common ancestor was 3 million years ago, which suggests that our prehuman ancestors more than 3 million years ago probably used some very simple and primitive technology!
If you are talking about cryogenics. No, not with current technology.
Technology is currently being developed at the moment to create sperm from ovum and vice versa, however it's in the primitive stages and the child would still need a surrogate parent.

Without science and technology human would still be living in the stone age. Science, the logical thinking made humans develop technology that has shaped human evolution. Humans have used science and technology to make life better, faster, safer and far more comfortable. Every day we progress more and more.
The answer depends on what you mean by "primitive" ways. When the Western Society was still pretty much primitive, the civilisations of ancient China, India, Mesopotamia and Central America were building things which required very accurate measurement.
The gains and advancements gleaned from the acceleration of technology are not worth the human carnage. Sure, people's lives are improved in some ways, but the disenfranchisement of human beings is still a consequence of technology.
For its primitive standard, the American Medical Profession was noted in 1860. The standard of living and education was backward at that time.
