This is a very good question, recently the KSOU started Mtech course (2 year , distance education). I saw the prospectus , every thing is perfect. The M.Tech IT Course of Karnataka State Open University is UGC approved. It is very true that"The Karnataka State Open University established on 1st June 1996 vide Karnataka Govt.
