The M240 is a US variation of the FN MAG. The FN MAG was designed and first manufactured in Belgium by Fabrique Nationale, and has been licenced to other manufacturers throughout the world.
The US M240 machine gun is currently manufactured by FNH-USA in Columbia, South Carolina (as is the M249), so it is manufactured in the US. Some of the earlier models (as well as earlier models of the M249 taken into US service) were imported from Belgium. There are rumours that some receivers and other components may have been imported from Canada (Another Country where the MAG is manufactured under licence), but I personally have seen no evidence to support this.
The M240 is the US name for the MAG machinegun. Built in Belgium by FN Herstal, it is a an air cooled, belt fed medium machine gun in caliber 7.62 NATO.

Colt's Manufacturing made the majority of the M16 rifles, and all of the M4 rifles, purchased by the US military. Fabrique Nationale would come in second, providing some of the M16 rifles, and all of the M249 and M240 machine guns.
The difference between the US and Belgium is the language spoken. People in Belgium speak French, while in the US they speak English.

In the 2014 World Cup, the US made it into the Last 16, progressing from a hard group with Germany, Portugal and Ghana. They then lost to Belgium 2-1 after extra time.
Belgium
Around 50 US dollars. The reason for such good value is that; in 1945; germany still had Belgium under its war world 2 control, making it almost impossible for a coin (in Belgium) To be made.
