There are several problems with the premise of the question. Be sure to take notes and stay up with the rest of the class:

• First, the conspiracy theory regarding the continued existence of the Illuminati maintains that they are a secret society. So secret in fact that no one knows who their members are (other than a few spurious claims of family dynasty). So, claiming that one organization is a front or a foil for the super secret one sort of negates the secrecy of the super secret one. If it is super secret, how could anyone know of a connection between it and its recruiter? Hold on to that for a minute.
• Second, another important part of the delusion regarding the continued existence of the Illuminati, and what helps to protect that secrecy is that apparently one cannot join. While there are those organization that do have countless membership sites on the internet (sort of defeats that super-secrecy), the realIlluminati apparently cannot be joined. One can only be born into one of the families. No one really agrees on how many families there are though, nor who exactly those families are. Goes to support the secrecy I guess. Something has to, since so many seem to know so much else about them.
• Finally, the Illuminati no longer exist. I know, I should have led with this one. What would be the fun in that though? The Illuminati was a short lived group of men from a small town in Bavaria, founded in May 1776. Nine years after they were founded, the Duke of Bavaria ordered all secret societies disbanded, including the Illuminati. Roughly thirteen to fourteen years after their dissolution, Augustin Barruel (a Jesuit priest and writer) and John Robison (an early physicist from England) espoused the theory that the Illuminati survived. As a result of the theories being picked up by several popular ministers of the day, and the Freemason witch hunt of the 1820's, the conspiracy theories thrived. The novels of Dan Brown and others have made use of the intrigue and mystery that such hovers around such paranoia, continuing to revive the fantasy.

So, no, Disney's Mickey Mouse Club is not a front for recruiting for the Illuminati. There really is no point in recruiting for an organization that has not existed for over 200 years.
