In theology, natural revelation, or general revelation, refers to knowledge about God and spiritual matters, discovered through natural means, such as observation of nature, philosophy and reasoning. Christian theologians use the term to describe knowledge of God purported to be plainly available to all humankind.

The Old Testament is certainly available to all humankind, but the revelations it contains are not, other than by storytelling. In the Old Testament we are relying on the testimony of others, so it is not part of what theologians generally call natural revelation.
