Nobody has yet confirmed if this wonderful red and light-brown monkey is extinct yet. However, as of 2014, it has been over 25 years since the last sighting of this monkey (the last sighting was either in the late 1970's or early 1980's).
It is possible that it is extinct because nobody has seen one for a long time, or they could just be hiding deep in the African rainforests. Investigations are ongoing, but the areas they were known to live in have been disturbed by human farming or hunting.
uhh lets like i dont know man
Black and White Colobus live in Kenya.
The Colobus monkey has an intermembral index in the 50-105 range. I've seen a couple of sources stating the number is in the high 70s. Also: Kikuyu is not the most common name of the colobus monkey (Colobus guereza). It is more commonly referred to as the black and white colobus or abyssinian colobus.
Guereza is a black African colobus monkey as above
One or two.
Old World monkeys: guenon; baboon; colobus monkey; langur; macaque; mandrill; mangabey; patas; proboscis monkey
monkies are not extinct, unless you are talking about a specific kind of monkey, in which case... i don't know.
As of 2014, the vervet monkey is not an extinct animal. The vervet monkey can live up to 24 years while in captivity.
Not all monkeys are orange. for instance a baboon is grey and a colobus monkey is black and white.
