Yes. The Pokedex on the the site is correct. It has pretty much every Pokemon, from every game. Then it even has the images and animations that go along with the Nintendo DS games. It even shows you how certain Pokemon evolve. It also gets every last bit of info, like every move it learns, the moves it can learn by TM and hm, weaknesses and strengths, stats, size, everything you could possibly imagine! for all 493 Pokemon!
Yes that is true. They usually appear at level 53 and evolve at level 54 to Metang.

No, it's not. In sapphire/ruby , when you complete your pokedex the only thing you get is a star in the Trainer Card and prof Birch will only say "Congratulations " or a thing like that. That "rumor" is half true , but not in sapphire/ruby. In Emerald when you complete your pokedex prof birch will give you to choose one of the silver/gold starters and some Pokemon from that versions will appear so you can caught them. Hope this answer will help you ^^
you can view your pokedex for things like that in the future, but the tallest Pokemon is walroad, at a WHOPPING 47ft (it is a whale after all)True, but it is actually spelled Wailord.
