The vast majority of the United States is in the Western hemisphere. HOWEVER, there are a few dozen islands in the Aleutian chain extending west of Alaska that are in the Eastern hemisphere. Additionally, there are several islands in the central and western Pacific Ocean which are in eastern longitude, including Guam and Wake Island that are part of the United States.
