No! Horrible horrible! The static position of highway miles is killer on your body because of the posture of supersport motorcycles. I know first hand from my 2007 R6, and all my buddies agree because we've all felt the pain. Stay away from any supersport if you are going to be doing lots of slabbing!
Main two reasons:
1) Body will hate you. No amount of shifting around, standing up, leaning, no-handing, etc. will save you
2) Gas! Supersports will only net you, at best, ~35mpg!
Getting a Yamaha FZ6 instead would net you at least ~45mpg and MUCH better body posture.
